Uses and features |
1. The distance between the positive and negative electrodes of the device can be as small as 2mm (with a diaphragm in the middle), which greatly reduces the resistance and does not require an electrochemical workstation with high tank pressure. The general workstation can perform large current tests. 2. Use stainless steel contact electrode for the flow channel end, and use graphite gold-plated metal for the electrode end. Compared with the traditional use of copper tape conductive, conductive stability has been greatly improved. The reference electrode is directly inserted into the liquid inlet channel to prevent bubble interference. The counter electrode can be either metal sheet or reticulated or foamed, which does not affect the sealing effect of the device. 3. The electrode and diaphragm of the device are installed with groove structure. The electrode and diaphragm cut in advance according to the specifications are put into the groove respectively, and the sealing and conductive effects can be achieved by tightening, thus improving the integrity of the installation. The overall structure of the device is simple and easy to operate, reducing the uncertainty of operation; this structure avoids leakage, non-insulation or poor conductivity. |
