In-situ XRD Test Cell for Batteries E602D
Main Parameters External dimensions: Ø52 × 20.4 mm
The window is a beryllium (Be) window, with dimensions Ø24 × 0.2 mm and an effective aperture of Ø20 mm.
Can accommodate positive and negative electrodes with a diameter ≤ Ø16.
Uses and Features

Normal charge–discharge tests can be performed.
Perform in-situ XRD measurements on the battery electrode materials.
Compatible with Bruker D8 X-ray Diffractometer
Top cover: stainless steel; bottom cover: PEEK; excellent insulation.
Fully sealed design, convenient sample loading and unloading, with components that can be disassembled for cleaning.
