In-situ XRD Test Cell for Batteries E602-mini
Main Parameters External dimensions: Ø52 × 22.5 mm
The window is a beryllium (Be) plate, with dimensions Ø24 × 0.2 mm and an effective aperture of 12 × 14 mm.
Can accommodate positive and negative electrodes with a diameter ≤ Ø16.
Uses and Features

Normal charge–discharge tests can be performed.
Perform in-situ XRD analysis on the battery electrode materials.
Compatible with the Rigaku MiniFlex X-ray Diffractometer from Japan
A bracket designed for each model ensures that the test pool is installed in the correct position.

Top cover: stainless steel; bottom cover: PEEK; excellent insulation.
Fully sealed design; sample handling is convenient, and components are detachable for easy cleaning.
